NETWORK UPGRADES
10/26/21 DCOM completed installing new equipment on our main distribution towers on Lake Bob Sandlin.
NEW STARTUP CHANGING THE GAME
In 2020, DCOM Wireless was born. Formally known as Trilakes WIFI, DCOM took an existing network and is making it better everyday. We are building a state of the art network that spans 4 counties in Northeast Texas.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We finally have all of our infrastructure in place to handle service issues. Introducing our new payment and customer relations platform. Customers will be able to submit trouble tickets, view and pay bills and setup auto draft.
